a mixed bag of experiences

nice sandold furniturecracked tiles
The beach was nice enough, i suppose. I didn't hate the sand.
My "superior classic room" felt more like a standard motel room. the furniture looked old, and the tv remote didn't work. I had to get up to change channels. the bathroom tiles had some cracks. it seems like basic maintenance is lacking.

The hotel had multiple restaurants. I liked the Egyptian restaurant, i loved it. The room was always clean by the housekeeper. The animation team organized a volleyball match, it was very nice.

the staff was courteous and helpful. i found a wonderful selection of quality food at the restaurants. the hotel location was great.
the lobby bar was not included in the all inclusive package.

The rooms are nice and neat. the shower has consistent water temperature. I did not experience sudden changes. the housekeeping staff provided excellent service. Mahmoud zedan did a great job.

The food was tasty, with a pleasant variety of options. the restaurants offered exclusive dining options, i found them very good. the buffet was magnificent. The variety, live cooking, seafood, and fruit were great.

The pools and beaches are clean. there is very easy access to both the sea and the coral reef. the animation team is cool. They provided animations and evening shows throughout my stay. I enjoyed the activities.
